This Valentine's Day, we invite you and your favorite person to an intimate tasting journey featuring three extraordinary brews. Volcanic soils of Colombia meet the misty high mountains of Taiwan: We're exploring oxygen-free fermentation.


  • Tabi - Anaerobically Oxidized Coffee Experience a coffee that thinks it’s a fine wine. Fermented in oxygen-free tanks, this Tabi variety reveals explosive tropical fruit notes, a wine-like complexity, and a shimmering acidity. It’s vibrant, sweet, and lingers long after the last sip.

  • Smiling Lu - GABA Oolong A "smile in a cup." This lightly oxidized oolong from Taiwan is processed to be rich in GABA, known for its calming properties. Expect a buttery-smooth texture with notes of dried fruit and wildflower honey—pure relaxation in liquid form.
